    How To Use

    Using the HomeSoap is simple and efficient.

    1. Plug the device into power using the provided cord.

    2. Place the items of your choice into the sanitizing bay.

    3. Close the door to start the disinfection cycle, which runs for approximately 10 minutes.

    Once complete, open the door and enjoy the peace of mind with your freshly sanitized items.

    Warranty

    The lightbulbs we use in our products have a lifespan of 4,000 hours - If the bulbs happen to burn out or crack before then, we'll replace them at no cost to you so you can keep on sanitizing!

    We also offer a one-year limited warranty on our products. You can also extend the warranty another year by purchasing the Extended Warranty Plan with your product.

    • We purchased an original item (black) during the COVID pandemic and was impressed by its ability to sanitize (based on reviews, and published lab experimentation results). We also learned the hard way, that UV light tubes need a consistent power current to avoid spikes, which can lead to burned out bulbs. But the staff at PhoneSoap were happy to work with us and once we were able to use a proper wall socket location in our house it gave us several years worth of sanitizing results. We recently purchased a newer white version (just to be different!) and it has worked well.
